Registered TSL players are automatically considered for selection to upcoming tournaments. External talent scouts and club representatives are welcome to attend.

Every TSL event is designed to be fair, competitive, and talent first.
TSL coaches select players from the current programme based on performance, attitude, and readiness. Community nominations are also accepted for open trials.
Selected players receive dedicated pre tournament coaching, tactical briefings, and life skills sessions to prepare them mentally and physically.
Players compete in a structured format in front of coaches, scouts, and club representatives. All games are refereed to professional standards.
Standout performers are identified and introduced to scouts or academy directors. TSL facilitates those introductions and follows up on every referral made.
